Hurstwood Court fully let following two signings
Units totalling 12,700 sq ft have been let at Hurstwood's Hurstwood Court site on the Shadsworth Business Park, Blackburn.
Existing tenant Ralspeed has signed a two year lease on 6,700 sq ft unit A2 at Hurstwood Court. Ralspeed will continue to occupy unit A1.
The 6,000 sq ft unit A3 has been let to HALO Education, suppliers of specialist educational furniture and equipment. HALO has signed a 12 month lease.
The retained agent for Hurstwood Court is Taylor Weaver, Blackburn.
The quoting price for each unit was £27,500 a year.
Hurstwood has a total of 75,000 sq ft of industrial space at Shadsworth, with tenants including BMS Critical Care, Lancashire Police Authority and Forest UK.
Hurstwood sales director Mark Carling said: "Hurstwood Court offers great facilities with units benefitting from a mixture of warehouse and office space so it is no surprise that we are now fully let.
"The estate benefits from excellent transport links with M65 in easy reach and Preston, Blackburn and Burnley all within a 20 minute drive. This has been a major factor in attracting companies to the site.
"Demand for our industrial properties has been high in 2013 in general and we anticipate completing more deals at our estates across the North West over the summer."
