Green follows Hassall to ReBlackpool

Rob Green, former director of the Kingsway Partnership in Rochdale, has joined ReBlackpool to become deputy land and property director under Ian Hassall.

Green worked with Hassall prior to Kingsway at Liverpool Land Development Company, where Hassall was latterly chief executive.

In Rochdale, Green was the North West Development Agency's director on the public-private Kingsway Partnership overseeing the 420-acre business park by Wilson Bowden.

Hassall recently joined ReBlackpool, the town's urban regeneration company, as land and property director to help accelerate delivery of the masterplan for the town. Major schemes in Blackpool include the 25-acre Talbot Gateway, pictured above, by Muse Developments around Blackpool North rail station.

ReBlackpool's recent growth saw Sir Howard Bernstein, chief executive of Manchester City Council, appiointed chairman earlier this year. Blackpool is an associate member of the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities.
