Gift company acquires offices at Mercury Rise

Colonial Gifts has acquired new premises at Mercury Rise in Altham Business Park at Blackburn interchange by taking 1,577 sq ft of office space at Venus House from landlords Zonemax.

The local gifting company join other occupiers such as Lancashire County Council, GMB Union and CW Advertising Agency.

Two units remain available to let at the two-storey Venus House and offer 3,574 and 2,691 sq ft respectively.

Robert Pinkus & Co acted as joint agents with Taylor Weaver for Zonemax.
