In his role at Galliford Try, he will oversee a team of 12 staff, based from the company’s Manchester office.
The company has a number of major housing schemes either under way or in the planning process across the North West, including 600 homes in Partington; 330 houses and a retirement scheme in Sandymoor, Runcorn; and 39 homes in Smallbridge.
Kirk said: “It’s an exciting time to join Galliford Try Partnerships, taking on a new role in an expanding region. A lot attracted me to the business, particularly that it prides itself on being a supportive employer which empowers its workforce.
“I look forward to playing my part in helping Galliford Try Partnerships go from strength to strength.”
