Pen and Pencil in Manchester was filled with the next generation of property professionals on 28 April.

The Northern Quarter bar was the location for this year’s Place Young Things Party, which was sponsored by e3p.

The sold-out event brought together nearly 200 of the rising stars of the property industry for an evening of relaxed networking, revelry and even some magic.

Attendees at Place Young Things Party included representatives from Salboy, Harworth Group, LDA Design Consulting, NECO, One Heritage Group, PRP Architects and Savills.
