Former BCEGI director launches new venture

Aaron Adams has set up City Developments Project Management after leaving the Chinese-backed contractor in February.

Adams spent nine years at BCEGI and worked on schemes including Middlewood Locks in Salford. He has now embarked on two new ventures with business partner Navid Dean.

Manchester-based City Developments Project Management will provide a range of “bespoke solutions” to clients in both the pre-construction and construction phases.

The firm is committed to providing cost efficiency to customers and is aiming, by leveraging the expertise of its team, to reduce project costs by a margin of 10%-15%.

Adams, founder and chief executive of CDPM, said: “CDPM represents my vision for the future of construction and development.

“With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, we are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and transforming the way people live and work.”

In addition to CDPM, Adams and Dean have set up Vessel International. The company creates modular living pods, and promises to “redefine outdoor living experiences”.
