Enterprise seeks buyer for historic Parade Inn

Colliers International is selling The Parade public house in Llandudno on behalf of Enterprise Inns, with an asking price of £295,000.

The premises date back to the late 1800s and are situated on Church Walks, close to the main promenade of the Victorian seaside resort.

The business has accommodation including letting bedrooms on three floors.

Colin Siebert, director, licensed and leisure at Colliers International in Manchester, said the premises were ideal for another pub operator, a restaurateur or a guest house operator because of the bedrooms being available to let.
