The large detached property at 10 Rectory Road has a guide price of £350,000 to £400,000.
Other properties on offer include a 15-bedroom vacant hotel valued at £400,000 with planning permission to convert into a day nursery.
On the investment side, a 156,000 sq ft tenanted industrial property, Welkin Mill in Stockport, which produces £72,777 a year, has a guide of £500,000.
