Dutton Gregory opens Liverpool office

The law firm has expanded its services into the North West with an office at Exchange Court off Dale Street, its first in the North.

Dutton Gregory Solicitors’ Liverpool office is the company’s first in the North of England, adding to an existing network of five bases across the South in Bournemouth, Poole, London, Winchester, and Woking.

The 2,000 sq ft Dale Street office houses 12 legal professionals supporting commercial clients on a range of matters including property, employment, and immigration law.

Clients include letting agents, mortgage brokers, accountants, and investors.

Paul Sams, head of property at Dutton Gregory, responded: “There are more property lawyers concentrated within the Liverpool area than anywhere else in the UK other than London.

“We want to work with the best people so it was a natural progression to look to Merseyside to find the best people available to help the firm’s continued growth on a national level.”

With over 17 years of experience in property, Liverpool-born Alex Gregory-Chialton was appointed as office and business development manager to help with the company’s expansion.

Gregory-Chialton said: “This is an inspired move for a Southern law firm, and it is already bringing lots of opportunity.

“The North West property market is strong and the growth is rapidly exceeding other cities in the South.”

Dutton Gregory was established 75 years ago.

Nonsense, Liverpool doesn’t want to end up with empty offices everywhere like in Manchester
