DTZ to manage sale of Gregge House

DTZ has been appointed by MWH Global to manage the sale of the Gregge House in Heywood.

The 34,807 sq ft property is used for offices and is available via long leasehold. It sits on 1.23-acres of land alongside an additional 0.6-acres which is used for car parking.

MWH Global is a global wet infrastructure firm, providing technical engineering, construction services and consulting solutions from 180 offices in 35 countries.

Rob Prescott, office agency surveyor at DTZ, said: "Gregge House is ideal for companies located in North Manchester and beyond looking to own their own building. It should also appeal to investors and developers."
