Deals agreed at Wilkinson Business Park

Gladman Developments has completed two deals at its 50,000 sq ft office development on Clywedog Road South in Wrexham.

Meadowvale Foods has expanded at Wilkinson Business Park after agreeing a 12 month lease on an additional 1,171 sq ft of office space, taking total occupation to 5,671 sq ft.

In addition, facilities management company Mack Trading has bought Unit 8, totalling over 3,000 sq ft, for an undisclosed sum.

These transactions bring occupancy on the first phase to 90% and Gladman Developments has subsequently announced the release of phase two, providing offices from 200 to 6,100 sq ft, which are available for immediate occupation.

Other tenants include Castlemead Homes, Venture Wales, Advotek and Data Pacific.

Romy Silvers, from Gladman, said: "The addition of these high profile occupiers is further evidence of the demand for high quality office accommodation at affordable levels in the Wrexham area."

Silvers also confirmed Gladman is examining a number of development opportunities in Wales.
