DAC steps up regional drive with Pinsents partner signing
Law firm Davies Arnold Cooper has bolstered its new Manchester office with the recruitment of Peter Williams from Pinsent Masons as partner to head the firm's real estate practice.
DAC said Williams has experience of commercial and residential development joint ventures, investment fund sales and acquisitions, and all aspects of landlord and tenant law, particularly in the retail and healthcare sectors.
The firm opened its Manchester office on Fountain Street last year with four main areas of expertise: employment, construction, real estate and insurance.
Colin Moore heads the construction team following the acquisition late last year of his Moore & Co specialist law firm. Employment partner Stephen Robinson recently joined from rival DWF.
