Crystal Doors buys Rochdale unit

Specialist door manufacturer Crystal Doors has bought a 22,299 sq ft industrial building on Transpennine Trading Estate on Gorrells Way, Rochdale for £1.045m.

Unit 1 has undergone an extensive refurbishment project managed by the WHR Building Consultancy team.

Gary Chapman of WHR Property Consultants, which acted on behalf of the previous private owner, said: "This is the second significant sale that we have concluded in Rochdale in the last month showing the healthy level of demand in the borough. It was a great team effort at WHR and we worked with the client from the outset, throughout the refurbishment, to create a marketable product and a fantastic result."
