Creative hub launched at Bold Street Studios

After purchasing the building from AEW UK, design company Uniform has made two suites totalling 5,200 sq ft available in Bold Street Studios, targeted at creative and digital businesses.

Uniform, which is based on the third floor of the building, has made two spaces available on the second floor, each of which are around 2,600 sq ft and have room for 30 desks. These two suites also have the potential to be combined into a single floor of 5,350 sq ft.

Uniform said its ambition was to make Bold Street Studios “one of the key creative and digital hubs in the city” alongside the likes of Baltic Creative and Capital & Centric’s Tempest.

Rent for both suites is £12/sq ft with a service charge of £4/sq ft. Worthington Owen is the sole agent for the building.

Nick Howe, managing director of Uniform said: “Because we invested in the building, we take good care of it. We’re just people upstairs who care, with a mission to collaborate and better connect Liverpool’s creative community.”

As well as Liverpool, Uniform also has an office in London.
