Condy Lofthouse expands board
Liverpool-based architecture practice Condy Lofthouse has promoted associates Jason Maher and Adrian Jackson to the board of directors.
Maher and Jackson take the 32-strong firm’s board to six members, after a series of new business wins, which included the revamp of Everton FC’s Goodison Park stadium, and the new Liverpool HQ for global sports business PPL.
Both Jackson and Maher joined the practice in 2000 and were made associates in 2007.
Welcoming the appointments, director Andy Armstrong said:
“Jason and Adrian bring tremendous energy and expertise to the board, as well as fresh perspectives. The market remains strong and the appointments will help us grow in our key sectors of healthcare, housing and education.”
Condy Lofthouse is based to the North of Liverpool city centre in Connect Business Village.
The practice was founded in 1979. Current projects include the delivery of a specialised 24-bed hospital in Manchester, 136 studio apartments for private rent in south Manchester for client Solid Angel Investment, and the regeneration of the Queen’s Park estate in Blackpool, including the recent demolition of its famous tower blocks.

Glad to see others follow the rule that one’s trousers should match one’s hair colour.
