Cole Waterhouse hires development manager
The investor and developer has announced the appointment of Robert Titterton as its development manager, in a newly-created role.
Titterton joined from Nikal where he worked as a development executive for five years. He was involved in projects in Liverpool, Altrincham, Sheffield and Birmingham.
Cole Waterhouse is currently on site at No.1 Old Trafford in Manchester, a 214,000 sq ft residential scheme which is scheduled for completion in early 2021. Additionally, a 290-apartment scheme at Anchorage in Salford recently gained approval.
Damian Flood, chief executive at Cole Waterhouse, said: “With so many live projects and more coming forward over the next six months, we have never been more busy and we need people of Robert’s calibre to help us deliver. Robert has a great deal of development experience and geographical knowledge of working in cities where our schemes are, and he is a superb addition to our rapidly growing team.”
Titterton said: “The scope and size of the projects that Cole Waterhouse is developing is highly impressive. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved on a wide range of developments during my career and I look forward to working with the team to bring these projects to fruition.”
Cole Waterhouse has an office in Manchester city centre.
