Christopher Dee hires from Cushman & Wakefield

The Manchester-based property investment and development specialist has appointed James Kinsler as associate partner.

Kinsler joined from Cushman & Wakefield’s investment department, and was part of the DTZ team prior to the merger which took place last year.

He worked at DTZ since 2014, and provided disposal and acquisition advice across a wide range of commercial property.

Kinsler also previously worked at Bilfinger GVA, where he spent six years advising clients such as KPMG, Nationwide, HSBC and Dunfermline Building Society, latterly within the corporate recovery team.

There are now five people working at Christopher Dee.
