CBRE strengthens planning team

CBRE’s planning and development team in Manchester has hired Chris Sinton as senior planner from GL Hearn.

Sinton brings seven years’ experience in the private sector, having previously worked at HOW Planning and Wardell Armstrong.

With expertise in commercial and environmental planning, Sinton has worked across residential, mixed-use, leisure, infrastructure and care schemes.
