CBRE expects further planning recruitment

Fiona Flint has joined CBRE’s Manchester office as senior planner in a move from Savills.
Flint’s arrival follows on from a series of senior promotions for CBRE’s North West planning and development department.
Harry Bolton has been promoted to director, Emma Warren to associate director and Edward Harvey to senior planner. Further recruitment is anticipated in the coming months.
Iain Jenkinson, senior director for CBRE planning, said: “We are delighted to welcome Fiona to our growing team as we continue to strengthen our position within the North West. The team is already leading on over £500m of redevelopment and infrastructure projects, by value, with a pipeline of future projects way in excess of that.’’
