CalderpeelFGP merges with Edge

The merger has been announced of two architectural practices based in Trafford.

The combined businesses of CalderpeelFGP and Edge will trade as CalderpeelFGP from the firm's offices in Church Street, Altrincham.

Edge, a specialist in the leisure and education sectors, was founded by Justin O'Brien and Richard Whiting in 2008.

Both will join CalderpeelFGP as directors at its offices along with another member of staff.

The three-tower Slate Yard in Salford’s New Bailey has hit the market for £110m.

Steven Noble will move into the newly created role to help drive the healthcare property investor and developer’s short- and long-term growth.
