Bruntwood completes 12,000 sq ft Plaza refurbishment

The developer has completed an overhaul of its serviced offices at the building in Liverpool with two deals already agreed following the upgrade works.

Bruntwood Works has carried out a full refurbishment of the building’s sixth floor to bring 12,000 sq ft of small suites and serviced offices to the market, with facilities including kitchens, improved communal areas, and breakout spaces.

Jewellery company Rich Time has already signed up to take space within the serviced office space while existing tenant Landwood Group has also expanded in the 18-storey, 385,000 sq ft building on Old Hall Street, which also counts Arup and PR firm Influential as tenants.

The upgrade to the sixth floor is the latest in a series of upgrade works, with the developer also revealing plans to convert parts of the ground floor into a restaurant late last month.

Tony Reed, head of commercial at Bruntwood Works in Liverpool, said: “Serviced space offers an ideal workspace solution for freelancers and entrepreneurs, SMEs or larger firms with project teams, looking for a flexible option but also room to grow.

“That’s why we continue to invest in our serviced space at The Plaza, which has the added value of placing businesses in an established community of businesses from the commercial and professional services sectors.

“We are confident that this new-look space raises the bar for serviced offices in Liverpool and this is reinforced by the positive response from new and prospective customers.”
