Bowling quits Knight Frank to go it alone

Graham Bowling, commercial agency partner with Knight Frank in Liverpool, is leaving to set up his own venture.
Bowling was not immediately available for comment but is believed to be launching an agency in Southport.
He is still employed by Knight Frank, based in Exchange Flags, but was not in the office today and is unlikely to return.
The commercial agency team in Knight Frank Liverpool will consist of surveyor John Brown, who joined last year from Keppie Massie, and two graduates. North West joint managing partner and head of commercial agency, David Porter, also handles Liverpool instructions from his base in the Manchester office.
Commercial agency clients for the Liverpool office include Grosvenor and Downing.
