Agents line up for Ask’s Greengate retainer

Five firms are battling it out to win the joint letting contract for Ask Development's 500,000 sq ft Exchange scheme at Greengate in Salford.

CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, Edwards & Co and Lambert Smith Hampton are competing to work on the project, as the chosen agent could also be retained on the entire 3.25m sq ft Greengate development.
