Baker Tilly signs for 20,000 sq ft Preston office

Baker Tilly has agreed a 10-year lease at Bluebell House. The 20,000 sq ft property is on the outskirts of Preston and is owned by local landlord Fourward Properties.

Robert Pinkus & Co acted on behalf of the landlord, ES Group acted on behalf of Baker Tilly.

The move to Bluebell House will see Baker Tilly leave its Sumner House office in Chorley and Clive House in Bolton to consolidate to the new site. The reorganisation of the business follows the merger with RSM Tenon in October 2013.

Jill Jones, North West regional managing partner at Baker Tilly said: "It is great to find a location that allows us to strengthen our Lancashire team, share expertise and provide the best service to our clients."

Richard Corby, director at ES Group, who secured the property for Baker Tilly, commented: "The letting is one of the largest deals of its kind in this region for the last couple of years and indicates that high quality regional office locations remain sought after."
