Three new occupiers at Elk Mill

British Land has let 30,000 sq ft at Elk Mill Shopping Park in Oldham to Harveys, Maplin and Oak Furniture Land.

Harveys took a 15,000 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease, Oak Furniture Land 10,000 sq ft and Maplin signed for 5,000 sq ft, both on 10-year leases.

Edward Cree, senior asset manager at British Land, said: "The park continues to trade well and attract new occupiers that complement the existing provision. With the convenient location and free parking, retailers can provide customers with the popular click and collect option alongside the physical store sales."

British Land was represented by Wilkinson Williams and Savills.
