RFB adds to Manchester team

Solicitor Karlis Rullis has joined law firm Ronald Fletcher Baker from Manchester City Council.

Rullis spent three years with the local authority, and has worked in areas including asset management, development, investment, landlord & tenant, retail and social housing, along with planning and infrastructure.

RFB has two London offices as well as the Manchester base, and works internationally through an Istanbul office. It also has a Russian, Ukraine and Commonwealth of Independent States desk, something the Latvian-British Rullis could prove an asset to.
