Turner & Townsend relocates into centre
The programme management and construction consultancy has relocated its Manchester office from Salford Quays to larger premises in the city centre.
The firm has agreed a lease on 7,000 sq ft on the sixth floor at 55 Spring Gardens, owned by clients of CBRE Global Investors.
T&T said it has seen double digit growth in the turnover of the office, now in excess of £20m, and employing more than 200 full-time staff.
55 Spring Gardens has undergone a major refurbishment designed and delivered by CBRE, Fletcher Rae, Space Invader and ADT Workplace. Other occupiers include Brook Street, Take 5 and Linder Myers.
The retained letting agents are CBRE and OBI Property. CBRE advised CBRE Global Investors. OBI Property advised Turner & Townsend.
