Frogmore adds two at Belle Vale shopping centre

Frogmore Real Estate Partners has signed two new tenants to its centre on Childwall Valley Road in the outskirts of Liverpool.
Clothing retailer New Look has taken a 10-year lease on 15,500 sq ft of extended retail unit, due to open early next year.
Sandwich chain Subway has taken a 710 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at £13,000 a year.
Richard Barker, head of retail at DTZ in Manchester, acting for Frogmore, said: "Belle Vale is now established as a prime retail development in Liverpool and these two new lettings demonstrate the popularity of the scheme."
Jones Lang LaSalle also advised Frogmore. CBRE acted for New Look. Burns Property Consultants acted for Subway.
