Roundhouse on site with spec offices
Roundhouse Properties has started work on its £8m speculative office development at South Rings, Preston.
Work was due to start at the end of August but Roundhouse Properties said "the slight delay was due to ongoing discussions about access of utilities" and "nothing untoward".
The scheme will deliver 60,000 sq ft in 23 units ranging from 750 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. The development will be staged over three phases.

Roundhouse Properties has appointed Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and King Sturge LLP as agents for the development.
