Lookers sells dealerships to Clare James

Law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has advised Lookers Motor Group on the disposal of three Honda dealerships in the North West.

The dealerships, in Liverpool, Southport and Warrington, were acquired by Clare James Automotive for an undisclosed sum.

The deal follows on from the sale of two dealerships in October by Manchester-based Lookers on which Brabners Chaffe Street also advised.

The legal team at Brabners Chaffe Street was led by corporate partner, Caroline Litchfield, and corporate associate, Mark Traynor, and included Jim Purves, property partner, Paul Nicholls, property associate, and trainee solicitor, Oliver Sadler.
