NatWest names real estate head

Heath Thomas has been appointed NatWest Bank’s head of real estate for Greater Manchester.

In his role Thomas will lead the team of 15 bank managers based in Manchester looking after SME clients in the real estate sector.

This includes supporting all aspects of real estate finance from development loans to investment loans, across all real estate subsectors and including senior and non-senior debt.

Thomas joined NatWest in 2014 from the Mansion Group and has worked as a real estate director in Manchester. He has 18 years’ banking experience and has an MBA qualification from Manchester Business School.
