West Pennine Properties lets Denton unit to Mine Radio

Nolan Redshaw has secured a letting at unit four of Denton Parkway in Manchester on behalf of West Pennine Properties.
The global underground intelligence company, Mine Radio Solutions, has taken the 2,937 sq ft warehouse unit on a ten-year lease at a rental of £18,250 a year.
Two miles from junction 24 of the M60 the new development consists of six warehouse units and is accessed via Oldham Street.
