Wayfind Escapes acquires North Wales leisure site

The developer has purchased Pennant Park Golf Club and Holiday Park from the Jones family for an undisclosed sum.

Wayfind Escapes has acquired the North Wales site with the intention of future development of the resort, which sits off Mertyn Downing Lane in Mostyn to provide views over the Dee Estuary to the Wirral Peninsula.

Extending to 120 acres, Pennant Park features an 18-hole golf course and a 5,000 sq ft clubhouse, as well as a professional retail offering and changing facilities.

The land also benefits from planning permission for 73 holiday lodges to include 58 developed pitches.

Savills advised on the sale of the resort.
