The developer has released a fly-through video animation of the first phase of its Chester office scheme, a 70,000 sq ft block which will form part of the city's new central business quarter.
One City Place marks the first of seven buildings. When complete Chester's Central Business Quarter will offer a total of 440,000 sq ft of modern office space.
At the launch earlier this month, Muse said there are already active enquiries for space at the speculative development, which is due for completion in November 2015.
Cllr Eveleigh Moore-Dutton, Cheshire West & Chester Council's deputy leader and executive member for resources, said: "City Place is hugely welcome in the city and of great strategic importance to Chester and the wider region. The council is fully supportive of the scheme, which will not only offer important new office space for businesses already in the area but also provide dynamic new space for new businesses from further afield in the UK and internationally. It is fantastic to see tremendous support from business leaders and other organisations for the scheme – we can achieve so much more together than we can on our own."
Phil Mayall, development director for Muse Developments, said: "We're delighted by the immense support we have received from Cheshire West and Chester Council and from other representatives across the city for our scheme. We feel confident that One City Place will deliver an exciting and innovative new business address for Chester, which will have a positive impact on the city's economy."
