Hosted in the new, ground floor, Skandi-inspired breakout space, guests had the opportunity to enjoy a coffee from new foodie pop-up Sndwch, network, and see everything ARRIVE has to offer in Tomorrow – including five meeting rooms accommodating up to 22 people, and eight offices totalling 44 desks.

More than just a managed workspace, ARRIVE offers its clients a range of amenities including sleeping pods, a wellbeing room, and a stunning rooftop terrace. There’s also an ‘anything is possible’ vibe, unique to ARRIVE’s position in the heart of the UK’s leading creative, tech, and digital hub.

Helpful community coordinators are also on hand within each of ARRIVE’s spaces – Tomorrow, Blue, and White. They are passionate about supporting their occupiers and making sure every tenant gets what they need.

ARRIVE’s clients benefit from a ready-made, like-minded community who can also enjoy a range of wellbeing and community events, from yoga and pilates to ‘netwalking’ with their dogs.

“We’re nurturing a creative and collaborative culture to support SMEs which gives them the platform to scale up and down as their business requires,” said Rebekah Lloyd Beere, Head of ARRIVE.

“We understand the demand on SMEs so we’re passionate about taking care of the small details so they can focus on the job in hand.”

The new Tomorrow space joins ARRIVE’s other MediaCity locations, which are situated within the Blue and White Tower.

“MediaCity offers so much to occupiers, literally on the doorstep,” commented Mark Canning, letting agent at Canning O’Neill.

“It’s what [ARRIVE] offers beyond just workspace, which is those amenities, that makes it different,” he continued.

“Companies now are very much focused on staff attraction and retention but if you’ve got a wealth of amenities which staff can enjoy like bars, restaurants, culture as well as attractive spaces to take a break they’re more likely to come down and work in the office.”

A strong sense of community and total flexibility is a winning formula for the ever-growing roster of SME’s joining the ARRIVE tribe with cost-effective virtual office and hot desk options through to private office spaces. Individual wanderer spaces start at £20 per day, while a private office can cost up to £300 per month.

Following ARRIVE’s success at MediaCity, the concept is being expanded to No.10 Princes Dock in Liverpool, which will provide space for over 60 desks also featuring a boardroom, meeting rooms, a kitchen breakout area, and focus rooms where occupiers can take a suite from four desks up to 12.

ARRIVE tenants will also have the added flexibility of using meeting rooms in both MediaCity and No10 Princes Dock with the space due to be available in March.
