Urban Waterside adds P3 at Jensen Court

Developer Urban Waterside has added P3 Property Consultants to the agency team advising on the disposal of the Jensen Court industrial scheme in Runcorn.

The last four remaining units on the estate total 25,574 sq ft and range in size from 4,950 sq ft to 9,678 sq ft.

The estate is part of the established Astmoor Industrial Estate, between J11 and J12 of the M56.

Existing occupiers on the scheme include Cargill Flavors, Hyloc, Pyrotherm, Aquaid and A&A Glover.

Quoting prices are £4.50/sq ft rental and £65/sq ft freehold.

P3 joins Colliers CRE as agents.
