UKLP/Pochin’s put Hawarden unit up for sale

Legat Owen and King Sturge have been appointed by UK Land & Property and Pochin's to sell a 25,300 sq ft at Hawarden Business Park near the Airbus factory in Broughton, North Wales.

The unit off the A55 west of Chester is on the market at £1.65m or to rent at £115,000 a year. Hawarden has assisted area status for awarding grants under a Government initiative for creating or safeguarding jobs.

The park is connected to the £30m fibre optic high-speed broadband network installed by the Welsh Assembly Government.

Airbus suppliers in the area include Raytheon, BAe Systems, Hawker Beechcraft and Alcontrol.

Pochin's recently announced it intended to sell vacant units across its portfolio held in joint ventures.
