Two lettings taken at Arden Hall in Sale
Reflex Property Investments has let two suites at its serviced office building Arden Hall in Sale, Greater Manchester.
NSPM, the international medical communications company, has taken 410 sq ft on a two-year lease and Bracey's Pharmaceuticals has taken 717 sq ft on a five-year lease.
Both organisations will pay all inclusive rents of £25/sq ft.
The Grade II-listed Arden Hall is situated on Brooklands Road and provides refurbished office accommodation, with up to 3,236 sq ft remaining available to let.
Richard Dinsdale of letting agents Edwards & Co, said: "The building has a number of amenities on its doorstep, and is only ten minutes drive away from both the airport and city centre, providing the perfect balance for national and local scale businesses."
