Two hires at Glenbrook
Richard Armitage has joined the company in an asset management role while Liam Gordon has been hired as a project manager.
Armitage, pictured above, has been hired from Yorkshire-based property company Commercial Property Partners, and will be responsible for the day-to-day property and asset management of Glenbrook’s investment portfolio.
Gordon, below, joins from Marcus Worthington Group, and will work on the delivery of several of Glenbrook’s major projects including in Stockport, at MediaCity, and at Liverpool’s Queens Dock.
The appointments are the third and fourth hires for Glenbrook in the last two months; in September, Scott Griffiths joined from Aberdeen Standard Investments to work alongside directors Richard Rees and Chris Lloyd, while Shannon Conway followed earlier this month, joining from JLL as residential director.
Guy Butler, director at Glenbrook, said: “Over the last five years, our residential and commercial activities have grown significantly. With our aim to significantly grow the commercial side of the business in addition to the development of almost 2,000 apartments, we need a dedicated team to ensure our business is operating as efficiently as possible. Richard and Liam both have excellent hands-on experience and will add further value to the team we are building at Glenbrook.”
