Trio of Wigan jobs for Nolan Redshaw
Independent surveyor Nolan Redshaw has reported three new industrial instructions in Wigan, two on behalf of Northern Trust and one for the Armstrong Group.
Northern Trust has retained the firm to market a 24,000 sq ft warehouse unit on Martland Mill Industrial Estate and an 11,000 sq ft unit on Wheatlea Industrial Estate. The Armstrong's unit is a 13,000 sq ft, high bay, industrial unit with craneage.

All three properties are available on very flexible terms, which is just what is required at this stage in the economic cycle and all of them offer very good value for money."
The instructions follow that by the Spencer Group on a 125,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Pivotal Point, close to Link 25 Business Park, also in Wigan.
