The Seventy Ninth Group partners with Place for MIPIM
With the annual property exhibition just weeks away, the family-owned asset management firm is ramping up its plans to make the most of the event by signing up as a Place North partner.
The Seventy Ninth Group will be in Cannes for MIPIM 2024 between 12 March to 15 March, aiming to make new connections, and gain the latest built environment insight both locally and globally.
In Cannes, The Seventy Ninth Group will sponsor Place North’s popular Monday evening arrival reception.
The firm’s real estate strategy focuses on transforming undervalued and underutilised traditional office space into dynamic units for SMEs, to accommodate new, hybrid ways of working following the pandemic.
In late 2022, the company acquired its first asset for this strategy, Millennium Park in Cheshire.
The Seventy Ninth Group’s trip to MIPIM comes at an exciting time for the business. Last month, the firm listed its new commercial real estate offering – 79th Commercial Three – on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner and head of commercial at Place North, welcomed the Seventy Ninth Group to the Place-MIPIM fold.
