Tender published for £8m Birchwood school building

Warrington council has launched a tender process to find a contractor to build an £8m sixth form and performing arts centre for Birchwood High School.
The year-long contract, due to begin in September 2009, will require demolition, clearance and some elements of design.
Between five and ten firms will be invited to interview for the contract.
Requests for further information should be made before 23 February.
