Sutton Kersh announces April lots
Merseyside auctioneer Sutton Kersh has attracted 132 lots for its property auction on Thursday 16 April, including a block of flats in Croxteth Road, Liverpool.
The three-storey semi-detached building close to Sefton Park and Princes Park has been converted to provide 13 self-contained flats, which could produce annual rental income of over £65,000 when fully let. It is being offered at a guide price of £400,000 on behalf of a housing association.
A vacant three-storey Victorian property on Judges Drive in Newsham Park with full planning permission for conversion into five self-contained flats, is guided at £135,000.
Also available is a vacant three-bedroom mid-terrace house on Alverstone Road in Allerton ready for immediate occupation. The guide price is £120,000, which is below current market values.
The former International Social Club in Prescot Road, Fairfield, has a guide price of £175,000.
In the Tranmere district of Birkenhead five separate plots of land have a declared nil reserve.

The sale takes place at the Crowne Plaza, St Nicholas Place, Pier Head, Liverpool starting at 12 noon.
