Styles & Wood appoints construction manager
Fit out firm Styles & Wood has appointed Richard McElfatrick to its senior management team.
The former ISG project manager will team up once again with service and development director, Neal Handforth, and account director, Allan Henshall. The trio worked alongside each other at ISG between 1995 and 2001.
McElfatrick, who also worked at Bovis Lend Lease, joins as construction manager in a new role, from Capita Construction Management, and will be responsible for delivering large scale refit and refurbishment projects in the office and banking sector, including a comprehensive Barclays Bank programme throughout the UK.
Styles & Wood said the forty one year old has extensive knowledge of the construction and property interior market, having worked in the sector for 23 years.
Neal Handforth, from S&W, said: "Richard has extensive experience in the construction and property interior industry, both in the North West, Northern Ireland and in Yorkshire.
"Throughout his career, he has consistently shown a high level of skill and expertise in delivering complex projects across a range of sectors. I'm extremely pleased to be working with Richard once again as we look to bring together the industry's most respected and experienced people."
