Story Homes expands Ribble Valley landholdings

The Strategic Land Group has completed the sale of 7.5 acres in Clitheroe to Story Homes, which the housebuilder will use to deliver 91 homes in the second phase of its Pendleton Grange scheme.

Story Homes now has control over the full 11-acre site. The first plot of land was sold to Story Homes by Strategic Land Group in 2015, to build 130 homes with a gross development value of £24m.

Located off Henthorn Road in Clitheroe, Pendleton Grange is a collection of house types including apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties.

The Strategic Land Group acted on behalf of the private landowner in the deal and secured planning permission on the site before the sale.
