Storrar Cowdry relocates

The law firm has agreed a lease on 16 White Friars in Chester city centre, consolidating its two offices into one larger building.

Storrar Cowdry will relocate from 25 White Friars and 21 Castle Street into the 5,600 sq ft grade 2-listed property.

Matthews & Goodman advised Storrar Cowdry on the move. Legat Owen acted for the landlord at 16 White Friars, a private individual.

Following Storrar Cowdry's decision to vacate, 25 White Friars has been sold to a private developer, which plans to convert the building into two large townhouses. Matthews & Goodman advised the purchaser.

Storrar Cowdry said the decision to consolidate would deliver a more effective and efficient work space, which will in turn reflect the future needs of the business and its clients.
