Speakers added to line-up for North West PRS 2019
Join the 150 property professionals who have already booked their tickets, with six weeks to go until the North West PRS Conference on Thursday 17 January.
The half-day event at the Science & Industry Museum in Manchester will provide an in-depth look at one of the most rapidly-growing and ever evolving parts of the residential market.
Key questions will be discussed. As towers targeted at renters are built across the region, will demand be sustained? Is the traditional housing model dead as occupiers choose to rent for longer? And within all these new developments, how can a true feeling of community be fostered in places where the occupiers are transient?
Speakers include:
Darren Hutchinson, managing director, Barings Real Estate
Lee Hill, Northern build-to-rent director, JLL
David Smith-Milne, managing director, Placefirst
Jennifer Bendik, chief operating officer, Manchester Life
James Duncan, partner, Winckworth Sherwood
Danielle Gillespie, North West manager, Homes England
Sam Rowlands, chief executive, Brickland
Dave Power, group chief executive, One Manchester
Andrew Smith, director of living team, Pozzoni
