Segro picks Eversheds for Heywood legal advice

Manchester and Leeds-based law firm Eversheds has been appointed by logistics park investor Segro to advise on the management of Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale.

The contract also covers Kings Norton Business Centre, Birmingham and Treforest Industrial Estate, Wales.

Eversheds will provide legal advice on estate management, including lease renewals and dilapidation claims.

David Emberson, partner at Eversheds, said: "Segro has a number of interesting developments and we're excited about having this opportunity to work closely on a wide variety of projects."
