Salboy’s 18-storey Fifty5ive tops out in Salford
The Jon Matthews Architects-designed tower is on track for a September completion.
Fifty5ive is being built by Domis Construction. When complete it will offer 220 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across three linked buildings. Fifty5ive will also offer residents roof terraces, a lounge and a gym.
Located at 55 Queen Street in Salford, Fifty5ive is opposite another Salboy development, the £79m Local Blackfriars.
“We know from the huge success of Local Blackfriars that this is an ideal location, offering larger living spaces, a short walk from the main shopping and eating districts of Exchange Square,” said Salboy head of marketing Ben Ashcroft.
“Like at Local Blackfriars, we have included lots of resident amenities in the double-height ground floor which include a gym, residents lounge and large lobby,” Ashcroft continued.
“The roof terraces are orientated to catch as much light and sun as possible and will be a proper space for residents to relax.”
Prices for the homes range from £230,000 for a two-bedroom apartment to £423,000 for a three-bedroom duplex. A furnished showroom styled by Fiona Woodward-Kelly is open on the first floor of the building.
Near Fifty5ive, UK Land & Property has purchased two sites to build 257 homes.
