Residential site for £70k among Mellor lots

A vacant plot with planning consent for four semi-detached houses in Bacup, Lancashire is arguably the stand-out lot in next month's auction from Edward Mellor.

The 5,000 sq ft Green Hill Garage site on Rochdale Road received consent in September last year for demolition of the existing garage building and construction of two pairs of semis with car parking and gardens.

The site will come to auction with a guide price of £70,000.
